Biscuit Love is hiring for a Back Of House role in Franklin, TN. The Dishwasher position starts with comprehensive training on Dish, Box, and Prep stations to ensure you learn our recipes and develop a solid skillset before advancing to other kitchen areas.

We offer competitive daytime pay and full-time benefits. After basic training, you can earn an extra $1/hr and continue to grow through achievement-based raises while contributing to the Biscuit Love guest experience.

Back Of House

All new hires in the Back of House (BOH) will begin by training on our Dish, Box, and Prep stations. The goal of basic BOH training is to provide staff with an understanding of all of our recipes and to provide a solid skillset before training in other areas of the restaurant. After basic training is completed, trainees have the opportunity to train on the line or learn basic pastry!

Dishwasher

With top-tier standards and a work ethic driven by hospitality, the Dishwasher is one of the most key positions in any kitchen. Our dish team is responsible for the sanitization and cleaning of all wares used in the building, making them the center of the cleanliness standards we present to our guests and fellow team members. Dishwashers should be comfortable working solo or in tandem maintaining an efficient pace and procedure. Our food can only be as good as our plates are clean!
