Job summary

Winter Park Resort is hiring dishwashers for the winter season in Winter Park, CO. The role supports the food and beverage team by keeping dishware clean and organized in a fast-paced environment. Placement will be determined upon hire and may involve various mountain locations.

Base hourly pay is part of the resort's compensation package, with additional region-specific benefits. A Food Handler certificate must be obtained within 14 days of employment.

Qualifications

• Strong hand/eye coordination.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Lift approximately 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Stand for long periods of time.
• Adhere to all safety policies.
• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain a Food Handler and Allergy training certificate or attend training within 14 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Wash large volumes of dishes, utensils, and food service equipment for high volume restaurants.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as directed.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor with guests and coworkers at all times.
• Comply with uniform and personal appearance standards.
• Follow all applicable laws and company policies.
• Support bussing tasks in guest areas as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
