Winter Park Resort is seeking a Culinary Supervisor to lead daily kitchen operations, mentor staff, and craft menus for a first-class guest experience. You will work on the line most of the shift, assisting with production, inventory, and cost controls while upholding HACCP and safety standards.

The role requires a Colorado-approved alcohol server certificate, ServSafe/AllerTrain certifications, and a proven leadership track record in a busy kitchen.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two-year culinary school degree with 3+ years in quality establishment or 5+ years related experience.
• Colorado-approved Alcohol Server Training certificate required (or obtained within 30 days).
• ServSafe, Food Manager, and AllerTrain certifications required (or completed within 14 days).
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, kitchen procedures, cash handling, and POS systems.
• Proven leadership, team building, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
