Job summary

Oakmont Management Group operates the Ivy Park at Los Gatos, a premier senior living community. We are hiring a Dishwasher who will ensure dishes are cleaned, sanitized, and stored properly while supporting a clean, safe kitchen environment.

No prior experience required, but a willingness to train and learn is essential. Compensation ranges from $18.50 to $19.50 per hour, with benefits and team-oriented culture highlighted. The role supports residents and staff in a dynamic senior living setting.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a kitchen or similar setting (preferred).
• Ability to interact with residents, families, and team members with care.
• Must pass a background check and health screenings including TB tests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dish room prior to service.
• Transport and sanitize dishes and utensils.
• Assist with kitchen cleanup and sanitation.
• Respond to resident concerns in a professional manner.
• Maintain a safe environment for staff and residents.
