Job summary

Ivy Park at San Ramon is seeking a Dishwasher to support our senior living community in California. You will prepare dish areas, transport and sanitize wares, and help with kitchen clean-up while maintaining a safe, resident‑focused environment.

Qualifications include at least 18 years old, high school diploma or equivalent, and a preference for six months in a kitchen setting. Health screenings and background checks are required; vaccination may be requested per policy.

Qualifications

• Prefer six (6) months of experience working in a kitchen or similar setting.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess written and verbal skills to interact effectively with staff, residents and families.
• Must pass Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests ( TB tests included ).
• Vaccine or health screening policies may apply per regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dish room/area prior to meal service.
• Transport all dishes to the kitchen following meal preparation; clear, wash and sanitize.
• Return clean dishes to storage; assist with kitchen clean-up and sanitation.
• Respond to resident concerns in a professional, caring manner.
• Maintain a safe, secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork with co-workers and other departments.
