Job summary

Sway is hiring a Dishwasher at our West Lake Hills location to maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized kitchen and dining area. You will wash dishes, clean equipment, and help ensure food safety standards are met to support the dining experience.

Qualifications

• State-issued food handling certifications as required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, pots, and pans by hand or with a dishwasher, ensuring sanitation.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, floors, countertops, and equipment.
• Dispose of waste and recycling and keep bins clean.
• Organize kitchen supplies and replenish stock as needed.
• Clean and maintain ovens, grills, fryers, and refrigeration equipment.
• Follow health and safety procedures to prevent contamination.
• Keep dining area clean, sanitizing tables and chairs.
• Follow health and safety regulations for a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with culinary and service teams to ensure efficient service.
