Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans by hand or using a commercial dishwasher and ensure items are cleaned and sanitized.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness including floors, countertops, walls, and equipment; sweep, mop, and sanitize surfaces.
• Dispose of waste and recycling; ensure bins are emptied and cleaned.
• Organize kitchen supplies and replenish stock to ensure smooth operations.
• Clean and maintain ovens, grills, fryers, and refrigerators; ensure proper working condition.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards to prevent contamination.
