GreatHorse, LLC seeks a dependable Dishwasher to support the kitchen team in our event spaces. You will wash dishes, prep and maintain clean utensils, pots, pans, and cooking equipment, ensuring a sanitary and organized area during busy service times.

From loading and operating the dish machine to checking water temperature and chemical levels, you will help keep our kitchen running smoothly for galas, receptions, and corporate events.

Responsibilities

• Load, run, and unload the dish machine.
• Monitor water temperature, detergent, sanitizer, and chemical levels to ensure sanitary wash cycles.
• Keep dish machine and dishware clean and organized.
• Wash, sanitize, and store all tableware and kitchenware.
• Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for events and prevent breakage.
• Handle tableware to prevent damage.
• Manage cleaning supplies and detergents.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dish room and prep areas.
• Maintain regular attendance in line with company policies.
• Adapt duties as needed to meet business needs.

Position Summary:

The Dishwasher is responsible for providing the staff with a safe and clean kitchen area. The Dishwasher is also responsible for washing dishes, pots, pans, tableware, and cooking equipment.

Your Role:

• Load, run, and unload the dish machine.
• Monitor dish machine water temperature, detergent, sanitizer, and chemical levels to ensure a sanitary wash cycle.
• Keep the dish machine clean and maintain the cleanliness of the dishware.
• Properly washes, sanitizes, and stores all tableware and kitchenware.
• Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for the entertainment center.
• Handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss.
• Maintain adequate levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies.
• Keep the dish room, food preparation, and production areas clean and organized.
• Maintains reasonable, regular, punctual attendance consistent with Company policies, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and other federal, state, and local standards.
• Adapts to changing duties, as required, based on business needs.
