Responsibilities

• Load, run, and unload the dish machine.

• Properly washes, sanitizes and stores all tableware and kitchenware.
• Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for the entertainment center.
• Handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss.
• Maintain adequate levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies.
• Keep the dish room, food preparation, and production areas clean and organized.
• Maintains reasonable, regular, punctual attendance consistent with Company policies, the ADA, FMLA, and other standards.
• Adapts to changing duties, as required, based on business needs.

The Story Behind the Name

To reflect this proud history, they selected GreatHorse, English for "Gran Cavallo," the title of Leonardo Da Vinci's magnificent horse statue.

Position Summary:

The Dishwasher is responsible for providing the staff with a safe and clean kitchen area. The Dishwasher also washes dishes, pots, pans, tableware, and cooking equipment.
