Responsibilities

• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of the dishroom, kitchen aisle, and dock area.
• Break down trays, operate the dish machine, wash dishware, and store all china, glass, and silver.
• Empty trashcans and wash interior and exterior areas.
• Thoroughly clean dock area and dumpster.
• Break down dish machine and clean inside and outside.
• Clean all breakdown tables and tile walls/baseboards.
• Follow safety and hotel policies; assist with other duties as assigned.
• Support team to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth kitchen operations.
