You will operate and maintain dishwashing equipment, support kitchen sanitation, and assist with deliveries and dining setup while adhering to food safety standards. Background check required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
• Must be able to push and pull carts, racks, and equipment weighing up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Must be able to work in a hot, humid, and fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Must be able to safely handle cleaning chemicals and operate dishwashing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate the dishwashing machine to clean and sanitize dishes, trays, silverware, glassware, pots, and pans.
• Scrape, separate, and organize items prior to washing.
• Monitor and record dish-machine temperatures; report any low temperatures or malfunctions.
• Set up and utilize a three-compartment sink for cleaning and sanitizing pots and pans.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, including sweeping, mopping floors, and removing trash.
• Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing food and supply deliveries.
• Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure food safety.
• Support dining and serving area setup as needed.
• Perform all duties in accordance with food safety and sanitation best practices.
• Other duties as assigned
