Job summary

HOMES in Ann Arbor, MI is hiring a Dishwasher/Steward for Dozer kitchen. This full-time, 30+ hours per week position runs 9am–2pm daily with a pay of $17/hour. No experience required, join a vibrant food and beverage community and grow with us.

As a team member, you will support kitchen setup, maintain a clean workspace, and collaborate with kitchen and floor staff to ensure seamless service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Chef in start-to-finish kitchen set up, with consistent execution and dedication to a clean space and equipment.
• Be a communication channel to kitchen and floor staff to facilitate seamless service while bringing fresh ideas and techniques to the conversation.
• Mise en place it up! Strive to set-up and maintain an clean, organized workspace in a fast-paced environment, while ensuring equipment and service ware is stocked.
• Perform general cleaning on the floor and in the kitchen prep areas in tandem with staff to maximize efficiency.
• ...and any other tasks that help our fast-growing team succeed!

Our Dozer kitchen is looking for a Dishwasher/Steward to join the team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys expressing themselves and desires to build their skills within a community of dynamic, growing businesses. Availability needs to be 9am - 2pm daily. Tons of room to learn and grow!

What You\'ll Do:
