Responsibilities

• Support the Chef in start-to-finish kitchen set up, with consistent execution and dedication to a clean space and equipment
• Be a communication channel to kitchen and floor staff to facilitate seamless service while bringing fresh ideas and techniques to the conversation
• Mise en place: set up and maintain a clean, organized workspace in a fast-paced environment, ensuring equipment and service ware is stocked
• Perform general cleaning on the floor and in the kitchen prep areas in tandem with staff to maximize efficiency
• Assist with other tasks to help the team succeed.
