What you will be doing:

• Maintaining sanitation and cleanliness of all areas including the dishroom, kitchen aisle, and dock area
• Breaking down trays, operating dish machines, washing dishware, and properly storing all clean china, glass, and silverware
• Emptying trashcans and cleaning them inside and out
• Cleaning the dock area and dumpster thoroughly
• Breaking down and cleaning dish machines inside and out
• Cleaning all breakdown tables
• Cleaning tile walls and baseboards
• Performing other related duties as assigned

What is required:

• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• A self-starting personality with a balanced disposition
• Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor
• Good communication skills with guests
• Willingness to assist co-workers and be a team player
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
