Job summary

Belmont Village Senior Living is seeking a Dishwasher to support our dining services. You will clean, sanitize, and store dishes and kitchen equipment, assist with basic food prep tasks, and help maintain a safe, organized kitchen environment.

The role requires reliability, teamwork, and the ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will contribute to exceptional hospitality and resident well-being in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 17 years of age.
• Communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
• Ability to follow daily instructions and work varied shifts (early morning, evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Background checks, drug screen, TB test may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning and sanitizing tasks in the kitchen, including operating the dish machine and cleaning equipment.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of food and equipment to meet health and safety standards.
• Assist cooks with non-food preparation tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe kitchen and dish room environment.
• Assist with stocking following food deliveries and support resident satisfaction through hospitality.
