Job summary

Uncle Gs Management Corp. is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to maintain cleanliness of all dishes and kitchenware, and to support kitchen staff as needed. The role involves washing, sanitizing, and organizing utensils, pots, pans, and equipment in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should be at least 18 years old and able to stand for extended periods, with the ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Prior dishwasher experience is a plus, and adherence to food safety procedures is required.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Previous dishwasher experience is a plus.
• Ability to stand or walk for 8-hour shifts.
• Lift at least 25 pounds.
• Willingness to comply with all food safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Wash plates, dishes, utensils, baking dishes/sheets and all kitchenware.
• Prepare kitchen area stations with clean utensils and equipment.
• Clean machines and appliances used in the kitchen.
• Remove trash and rinse garbage cans.
• Support other kitchen staff as needed.
