Qualifications

• No experience required (training provided)
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Able to lift 50 lbs
• Weekend and evening availability preferred

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, sheet trays, and utensils
• Maintain clean and organized dish area at all times
• Follow all food safety and health department standards
• Assist cooks with prep lists and simple recipes when dish is caught up
• End-of-night deep cleaning tasks and general kitchen support
