Hef's Hut Bar & Grill in Vernon, NJ is seeking a reliable Dishwasher to support our kitchen team and keep dishes, glassware, and utensils clean and sanitized. You will be part of a vibrant bar and grill environment at Great Gorge Golf Club, contributing to smooth service during busy periods.

We value a strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work well with others. Previous dishwashing experience is preferred but not required, and flexible hours including nights and weekends are common.

Qualifications

• Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred but not required.
• Must have a strong work ethic and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans in a timely manner.
• Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment properly and safely.
• Keep the dish station, sinks, and surrounding areas clean and organized.
• Assist with basic kitchen prep and cleaning duties as needed.
• Properly store clean dishes, utensils, and equipment.
• Remove trash and recycling and help maintain overall kitchen cleanliness.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Support the kitchen team during busy service periods to keep operations moving smoothly.
