Responsibilities

• General duties include cleaning, mopping, sweeping, garbage removal, and dusting kitchen and dining area, and food prep as assigned.
• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils to the highest standards of cleanliness.
• Cleans dishwasher machine inside and out after each shift.
• Maintains a neat appearance of working areas and cleaning equipment storage areas.
• Reports to the Cook or Executive Chef any equipment and supplies that are needed.
• Ensures proper use of equipment and safety standards; must be in uniform and resident-ready.
