Job summary

Clearwater Living in Reno, NV is seeking a part-time Dishwasher to join our premier luxury senior living community. The role transports, sanitizes and cleans dishes after meals and assists in dining/kitchen duties in accordance with company policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in restaurant or food services operations preferred.
• Background clearances as required by government regulations.
• Must meet health requirements, including TB.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, cleans and organizes dish storage and washing areas in accordance with community policies.
• Washes all dishes, utensils, and cooking tools and ensures proper sanitization.
• Maintains sanitation levels of the dish machine and sinks using test strips.
• Ensures proper water temperatures for cleaning, rinsing and sanitizing.
• Maintains daily records of temperature and sanitizer logs.
• Transports food items ensuring correct temperatures during transport.
• Notifies supervisor when supplies need to be ordered.
• Minimizes waste and ensures proper use of equipment.
• Adheres to Clearwater Living standards and safety regulations.
• Represents Clearwater Living with a professional image and proper uniform.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
