Job summary

DIG INN Restaurant Teams in Philadelphia is seeking a Porter (Dishwasher) to support our scratch-based kitchens. You will wash dishes, maintain clean stations, stock supplies, and assist with daily cleaning tasks while gaining exposure to garde manger, grill, roast, market line, and prep.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced kitchen environments preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Willingness to learn multiple kitchen stations.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, pots, etc using dishwashers or by hand.
• Maintain cleanliness in dishwashing and prep kitchen work stations.
• Stock cleaning supplies and dishes in their respective areas.
• Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pick up areas.
• Support team members and managers with daily cleaning tasks.
• Gain exposure to different stations within the DIG kitchen.
• Work to support the team during peak and off peak service.
• Move in the kitchen for extended periods of time.
