Job summary

DIG is seeking a Porter/Dishwasher to support our scratch-based kitchen. You’ll wash dishes, maintain clean stations, stock supplies, and help the team across multiple stations while learning and growing your culinary skills.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn culinary practices and skills.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to lift up to 25–50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, pots, and utensils using dishwashers or by hand.
• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing and prep areas.
• Stock cleaning supplies and dishes in their areas.
• Sort and discard trash to designated pickup areas.
• Support team and managers with daily cleaning tasks.
• Gain exposure to multiple kitchen stations (garde manger, grill, roast, market line, prep).
• Support peak and off-peak service by pitching in as needed.
