Job summary

DIG INN Restaurant Teams is seeking a Porter to join our scratch-based kitchen operations. You will support dishwashing, maintain cleanliness, stock supplies, and help with daily cleaning tasks while gaining exposure to multiple kitchen stations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Team-oriented focus with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, pots, etc., using dishwashers or by hand.
• Maintain cleanliness in dishwashing and prep kitchen work stations.
• Stock cleaning supplies and dishes in their areas.
• Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated areas.
• Support team members and managers with daily cleaning tasks.
• Gain exposure to garde manger, grill, roast, market line, and prep.
• Move and multi-task in the kitchen, lifting up to 50 pounds when needed.
