The Ridge at Castle Pines, located in Castle Rock, CO, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Part-Time Dishwasher/Prep Cook. We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Role Type: Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less). Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and stock of all kitchen equipment; clean after close.
• Keep the kitchen, dry storage, and walk-in cooler clean by sweeping and mopping.
• Empty trash and dispose of garbage properly.
• Perform daily cleaning of dry storage, walk-in shelves, steam tables, hoods, and exhaust.
• Store dishes and wares in proper areas.
• Assist with light food prep.
• Learn and maintain standards in food production and quality.
• Follow safe work practices and communicate repair needs to the chef.
• Perform other duties as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Details, stocks, and maintains all kitchen equipment; cleans the kitchen after close
• Maintains cleanliness of the entire kitchen, including dry storage and walk-in cooler, by sweeping and mopping
• Empties the kitchen trash receptacles and properly disposes of garbage
• Performs daily cleaning, including dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods, and exhaust system
• Stores all dishes and other wares in proper areas
• Assists with light food prep
• Learns and maintains standards in food production and quality
• Practices excellent operational sanitation
• Maintains a professional relationship with fellow associates
• Communicates equipment repair needs with the chef
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance
• Performs other duties as required

Minimum Qualifications

• Must have experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment
