Job summary

Coastal Club in Lewes, DE, part of Troon, is seeking a part-time Dishwasher/Kitchen Prep. The ideal candidate is driven, eager to learn, and ready to contribute in a fast-paced hospitality environment within a global golf and community management organization.

Compensation is $17.00 per hour. Responsibilities include washing, sanitizing and stocking dishes, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, waste disposal, and daily prep tasks.

Responsibilities

• Cleans, sanitizes and stocks dishes, pots, pans, flatware, and glassware.
• Maintains cleanliness of the kitchen, including dry storage and walk-in cooler.
• Empties trash and disposes of garbage properly.
• Performs daily cleaning of dry storage, shelving, steam tables, hoods and exhaust system.
• Stores dishes and wares in proper areas.
• Observes safe work practices in job performance.
• Cleans, washes and sanitizes all dishes and cleans the kitchen after close.
• Performs other duties as required.

Coastal Club, located in Lewes, DE, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Dishwasher/Kitchen Prep! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Compensation:

$17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Cleans, sanitizes and properly stocks of all dishes, pots, pans, flatware and glassware.
• Maintains cleanliness of entire kitchen including dry storage and walk-in cooler, sweeping & mopping.
• Empties the kitchen trash receptacles and properly disposes of garbage.
• Performs daily cleaning to include dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods and exhaust system.
• Stores all dishes and other wares in proper areas.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Clean, wash and sanitize all dishes, clean kitchen after close.
• Performs other duties as required

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must have experience working infast paced restaurant experience.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
