Job summary

Capital Canyon Club in Prescott, Arizona is seeking a part-time Dishwasher to support our members and guests. You will help maintain clean dishes, utensils, and back-of-house areas while contributing to smooth kitchen operations during busy service periods.

No experience is required, but reliability and a strong work ethic are valued. This role offers exposure to golf club operations and Troon’s hospitality standards in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the kitchen is clean, well maintained and organized at all times.
• Adhere to sanitation guidelines.
• Collects and removes trash from all areas.
• Ensure waste bin area is kept clean and tidy.
• General cleaning as directed to include sweeping, mopping up, washing up, emptying of bins and boxes ensuring placement in the correct containers.
• Cleans and sanitizes pots, pans, utensils, and other minor equipment routinely used in the kitchen following established procedures.
• Check all chemical levels and inventory.
• Wash, wipe, sort, stack dishes, and load/unload dishwasher.
• Clean, sanitize workstations.
• Report any maintenance or hazard issues to manager.
• Assist in light food preparation as directed by manager.
• Always maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Performs other duties as required.

Compensation

$16 / hour

Position Summary

The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of all kitchen equipment, service ware, and back-of-house areas. This role supports kitchen efficiency by ensuring a continuous flow of clean dishes, utensils, and cookware during high-volume service periods.
