Unidine is hiring immediately for part-time DISHWASHER positions.

• Location: Revel Province Springs - 2960 Tutt Boulevard, Colorado Springs, CO 80922. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Part-time, 1:00 pm - 9:00 pm. Days and hours may vary; more details upon interview.
• Requirement: Previous hospitality experience preferred in a fast-paced environment.

Job Summary

Summary: Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen, work areas, equipment, and utensils in an orderly and sanitary condition.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes, washes by hand or uses dishwashing equipment, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation.
• Washes pots, pans, and trays according to procedures, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polishes silverware using appropriate equipment, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation.
• Ensures compliance with safety procedures.
• Maintains proper temperatures and chemical levels as per standards.
• Keeps dish area orderly and compliant with safety standards.
• Sweeps and mops kitchen floors for safety and sanitation.
• Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, and food prep surfaces.
• Removes trash, cleans garbage cans, and maintains sanitation.
• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Assists with loading and unloading supplies and products.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
