• Assist with basic kitchen prep and restocking as needed.
• Package products with proper labeling and sealing.
• Rotate stock and ensure clean, safe storage areas.

Requirements

High School Diploma/GED. Leadership skills, Customer Service Skills, Basic Math Skills, and Attention to Detail. Physical demands are standing, stooping, and kneeling, use of hands, eyes, and arms. You must be able to lift and carry objects up to 50 lbs. Clean kitchen uniform, hair restraint and appropriate shoes are to be worn. Single use gloves are to be worn with Ready to Eat (RTE) foods.

Speed Racks, Shrink Wrap Machine, Dishwasher, Tape Machine

Key responsibilities and accountabilities

Including, but not limited to:

• Scrape, rinse, and load dishes, glassware, cutlery, and cookware into commercial dishwashing machines.
• Hand‑wash large pots, pans, and equipment that cannot fit in the machine.
• Operate and maintain dishwashing machines, including checking chemical levels, wash temperatures, and sanitizer concentrations.
• Unload, stack, and store clean dishes and utensils in designated areas.
• Clean and sanitize dish stations, sinks, and surrounding floor areas throughout the shift.
• Assist with basic kitchen prep, trash removal, and restocking supplies as needed.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health code standards.
• Package products according to company standards, ensuring proper labeling and sealing.
• Put product in freezer and rotate first in/out.
• Maintain organized, clean, and safe storage areas for packaged goods.
• Follow hygiene protocols when handling food products.

General Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs

Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is preferred.

No formal education required; prior food service or kitchen experience is a plus.
