Job summary

Iacofano Group is seeking a dishwasher to maintain clean wares for the kitchen and ensure sanitation across the facility. The role emphasizes following directions, staying focused in a fast-paced kitchen, and working closely with kitchen staff.

Responsibilities include washing dishes, storing items, cleaning areas and equipment, assisting with deliveries and basic food prep as directed. Must uphold safety and cleanliness per guidelines and support a smooth operation during all shifts.

• Washing of all wares including pots, pans, cooking tools, and other culinary items by hand or with dishwasher
• Correctly placing and storing items in home locations
• Clean trash receptacles
• Help clean facility by mopping, wiping down tables, cleaning equipment and any other tasks
• Help put deliveries away
• May assist in cleaning and preparing various foods for cooking and/or serving, as directed
• Ensures work areas remain safe, clean and orderly, adhering to all company, local and state guidelines
• Performs other related duties as assigned
