Job summary

Hallmark Management Service is actively seeking dishwashing staff to join our on-site dining team in Defiance, OH. Positions run through July with multiple shift options, including weekdays and weekend coverage.

Duties include cleaning, restocking utensils and equipment, maintaining a clean work area and helping ensure a smooth kitchen operation. We offer benefits such as PTO, holidays, merit increases, and insurance options.

Qualifications

• Background check is required.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Frequent standing and walking.

Responsibilities

• Supports all areas of operation through cleaning and restocking cooking utensils, equipment and service ware items.
• Maintains a clean and organized workspace storing, labeling and rotating product according to our standards.
• Removes trash and cardboard to designated location.
• Provides proper floor cleaning in all areas of the food service operation.

Schedules Are As Follows

Position 1: Monday-Friday 8am-3pm

Position 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday 11am-830pm Tuesday 430pm-830pm

Position 3: Sunday, Monday and Tuesday 11am-830pm

Position 4: Thursday, Friday, Monday and Wednesday 430pm-830pm

Hallmark Management Service is an onsite food service management company providing residential dining service, catering, and retail operations at some locations.
