Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Dishwasher to support kitchen operations by maintaining clean, sanitized work areas and ensuring all dishware, cookware, and equipment meet food safety standards. You will set up stations, operate dish machines, and maintain sanitation logs to support quality meal service for residents.

The role includes daily cleaning tasks, storage and rotation of supplies, and collaboration with dining service staff.

• Follow OSHA and food safety regulations at all times.
• Maintain clean and sanitized work areas in a kitchen environment.
• Ensure all dishware, cookware, and equipment meet food safety standards.

Mansioni

• Set up and maintain dishwashing and pot washing stations
• Operate dish machines per manufacturer instructions
• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, and cookware
• Maintain accurate temperature and sanitation logs
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning assignments
• Clean kitchen equipment, floors, and prep areas
• Assist with storage, labeling, and rotation of supplies
• Follow OSHA and food safety regulations at all times
• Support dining service duties as assigned
