Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a dedicated dishwasher to support kitchen operations and ensure clean, sanitized dishware, cookware, and equipment. You will help maintain food safety standards and assist with general kitchen tasks in a compassionate senior living setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or dishwashing preferred.
• Ability to follow food safety regulations and logs.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsabilités

• Set up and maintain dishwashing and pot washing stations.
• Operate dish machines per manufacturer instructions.
• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, and cookware.
• Maintain accurate temperature and sanitation logs.
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning assignments.
• Clean kitchen equipment, floors, and prep areas.
• Assist with storage, labeling, and rotation of supplies.
• Follow OSHA and food safety regulations at all times.
• Support dining service duties as assigned.
