Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living seeks a dedicated Dishwasher to support kitchen operations by maintaining clean, sanitized work areas and ensuring all dishware, cookware, and equipment meet food safety standards. This role contributes to safe meal service and resident well-being in a senior living environment.

You will set up dishwashing stations, operate dish machines, and maintain logs while assisting with storage and rotation of supplies.

Qualifications

• Dishwashing experience preferred.
• Ability to maintain clean, sanitary work areas.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain dishwashing and pot washing stations.
• Operate dish machines per manufacturer instructions.
• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, and cookware.
• Maintain accurate temperature and sanitation logs.
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning assignments.
• Clean kitchen equipment, floors, and prep areas.
• Assist with storage, labeling, and rotation of supplies.
• Follow OSHA and food safety regulations at all times.
• Support dining service duties as assigned.
