Sunrise Senior Living in Severna Park, MD is seeking a Dishwasher to support kitchen operations by maintaining clean, sanitized work areas and ensuring all dishware, cookware, and equipment meet food safety standards.

You will set up washing stations, operate dish machines, wash and sanitize items, maintain logs, complete cleaning tasks, and assist with storage and rotation of supplies while following OSHA and food safety regulations, contributing to safe, high-quality meals for residents.

Aufgaben

• Set up and maintain dishwashing and pot washing stations
• Operate dish machines per manufacturer instructions
• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, and cookware
• Maintain accurate temperature and sanitation logs
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning assignments
• Clean kitchen equipment, floors, and prep areas
• Assist with storage, labeling, and rotation of supplies
• Follow OSHA and food safety regulations at all times
• Support dining service duties as assigned
