You will follow food safety standards, operate dish machines, and help with daily sanitation logs to ensure a hygienic dining environment for residents.

The role includes assisting with storage, labeling, and rotation of supplies, plus supporting dining service tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience or training in maintaining clean, sanitized kitchen areas.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling processes.

Responsabilités

• Set up and maintain dishwashing and pot washing stations.
• Operate dish machines per manufacturer instructions.
• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, and cookware.
• Maintain accurate temperature and sanitation logs.
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning assignments.
• Assist with storage, labeling, and rotation of supplies.
• Follow OSHA and food safety regulations at all times.
• Support dining service duties as assigned.
