Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, and cookware using commercial dish machines and by hand for oversized or delicate items.
• Scrape, sort, and stack soiled dishes, and carry clean items to their proper storage locations.
• Set up, break down, and clean the dish machine and dishwashing area according to procedure.
• Assist with general cleaning duties, including sweeping and mopping floors and sanitizing workstations.
• Manage waste by emptying trash and recycling bins and transporting them to the dumpster.
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks as directed by the chef or manager.
• Receive and store deliveries of food and supplies.
• Monitor cleaning chemical levels and water temperatures for proper sanitization.
• Adhere to local and state health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications
