Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean kitchen, wash and sort soiled dishes, and prep food as needed.
• Set up dish stations, including machines and sinks.
• Maintain clean/dry floors and properly store china, glassware, and cookware.
• Change water in machines and sinks as required and follow dilution instructions.
• Assist in food prep and other duties requested by the chef.
• Assist in cleaning dining, service, and pantry areas.
