Job summary

Greek House Chefs Inc. is seeking a dish and general utility team member to maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen. You will wash, sort, and store dishware, set up dish stations, and assist with food preparation as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read labels on chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Keep the dish area clean, organized, and sanitary. Wash, sort, and store soiled dishes and utensils.
• Set up dish stations and operate dish machines and sinks.
• Maintain clean and dry floors during shift and prevent clutter.
• Properly wash, stack, and store china, glassware, silverware, cookware, and containers.
• Change water in machines and sinks as required and follow chemical dilutions.
• Assist in food prep and other duties as directed by the kitchen lead.
• Help clean service, dining, and pantry areas and assist with other needs as assigned.
