Job summary

Responsibilities

• Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glassware and utensils and load the dish machine.
• Sort and stack clean dishes and carry to storage areas.
• Rewash soiled dishes and sanitize as needed.
• Wash pots, pans and trays by hand.
• Wipe up spills to maintain dry floors.
• Fill/empty soak tubs with cleaning/sanitizing solutions.
