Job summary

Wildhorse Resort & Casino is seeking a dedicated dishwasher to maintain clean dishware and utensils and assist in kitchen cleaning duties. You will follow the cleaning schedule, operate and maintain dishwasher equipment, and support other kitchen staff as needed.

The role requires physical stamina, the ability to read labels, and adherence to safety policies. A food handlers certificate is required within 30 days, and the position is on-site with a focus on guest satisfaction and team safety.

Qualifications

• Must read and follow product labels.
• Must stand or walk for long periods; able to perform repetitive motions.
• Must be able to lift and maneuver 50 lbs.
• Must obtain a food handlers certificate within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and utensils. Restock items in an organized manner.
• Deep cleans kitchen areas as dictated per shift cleaning schedule.
• Assist in keeping the entire kitchen clean and organized.
• Daily maintenance of dishwasher equipment and report any deficiencies to the supervisor.
• Promote a clean, safe, and healthy work environment for employees and guests.
