Job summary

Red Lobster is seeking a Dishwasher/Utility in Deer Park, NY, to keep the kitchen clean and collaborate with the cooks on prep tasks, including our signature Cheddar Bay biscuits. You’ll handle dishware sanitization, equipment operations, and trash handling while maintaining guest and team focus.

Qualifications

• Must meet the minimum age requirement and authorized to work in the country you are applying
• Culinary experience preferred
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 50 pounds safely
• Ability to move about the restaurant and remain standing for an 8 – 12 hour shift
• Team player with attention to detail and ability to multi-task

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and maintaining all areas of the restaurant
• Cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans and cooking utensils
• Safely and correctly operating the dishwasher and other equipment
• Emptying all trash in the kitchen and other areas
• Supporting Cooks with prep work and signature Cheddar Bay biscuits
• Focusing on the guest and team in all decisions
• Following all cleanliness and safety protocols
