Job summary

Red Lobster Hospitality, LLC is seeking a Dishwasher/Utility to keep all areas of the restaurant clean and well-maintained. You will sanitize dishware and assist cooks with prep, ensuring a smooth kitchen operation and guest satisfaction.

This full-time role requires physical stamina for long shifts, adherence to safety protocols, and a team-first attitude to support both guests and colleagues in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must meet minimum age and be legally eligible to work in the country
• Culinary experience preferred
• Able to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 50 pounds safely
• Stand for an 8- to 12-hour shift
• Team-oriented with strong attention to detail and efficiency

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all restaurant areas
• Clean and sanitize dishware, flatware, glassware, pots and pans
• Safely operate the dishwasher and related equipment
• Assist cooks with prep and signature Cheddar Bay biscuits
• Support the team to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operation
