Responsibilities

• Cleans cooking areas, utensils, and equipment with cleaning chemicals while wearing gloves.
• Practices safe food handling and cleanliness at all times.
• Safely handles dish machine, knives, and other prep equipment.
• Washes and sorts flatware, dishes, and glasses.
• Light sweeping, mopping, and minor food prep per recipe book.
• Adheres to schedule and is on time for shifts.
• Works effectively in a team environment.
• Maintains pace and intensity for extended periods.
