Job summary

Level99 is hiring a Dishwasher to support the back-of-house team with cleaning, sanitizing and organizing dishes and smallwares. The role collaborates closely with culinary management to maintain kitchen cleanliness and efficiency in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Ensure all dish/small/cookware is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
• Assist the Culinary Management team to prepare for and execute cleaning/maintenance tasks.
• Able to stand and work ten hour-plus shifts; lift up to 50 pounds.
• Maintain high integrity and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
• Certifications: ServSafe, Allergen and ChokeSaver.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all dish/small/cookware is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, and returned in proper order.
• Assist the Culinary Management team to prepare for and execute all cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Cleaning and proper storage of all dishes & smallwares.
