Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment throughout the shift.
• Keep the dish station clean, organized, and stocked at all times.
• Return clean items to their correct locations efficiently.
• Take out trash and maintain clean waste areas.
• Support the kitchen team with general cleaning tasks as needed.
• Follow all sanitation, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times.
• Stand or walk for extended periods and lift/carry up to 40 lbs.
• Work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
