Job summary

BBL Hospitality is hiring a dishwasher to support a busy kitchen. You will wash, store and organize dishware, assist with cleaning duties, and maintain a clean dish room. The role requires lifting up to 60 lbs, being on your feet for long periods, and working in hot, wet, and loud environments.

Weekend and holiday availability is typically required, with opportunities for growth through internal promotion and associates development plans. Benefits include PTO and 401K among others.

Qualifications

• Assist with general dishwasher duties in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in dish room.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Load, run and unload the dish machine.
• Keep dish machine clean and report problems.
• Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for dining room and kitchen.
• Bag and haul trash from dish room to dumpster on schedule.
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure smooth operation.
