STK Baltimore is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join our kitchen team in Baltimore. You’ll maintain cleanliness, organize stations, and support the BOH crew to deliver a seamless dining experience.

This role emphasizes sanitation, teamwork, and reliability with the ability to stand long hours and handle occasional heavy lifting. Nights, weekends, and holidays availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a dishwasher or kitchen support role preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and organization.
• Willingness to support the BOH team and contribute to kitchen success.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in dishwashing areas and storage spaces.
• Operate dishwashing machines and ensure proper chemical supply.
• Assist with trash removal and waste disposal procedures.
• Keep kitchen floors and workstations clean and hazards-free.
• Store kitchen tools and equipment properly for use.
• Collaborate with BOH to keep service running smoothly.
• Follow health department sanitation requirements and safety guidelines.
• Assist with basic prep work and food handling as needed.
• Perform tasks assigned by Chefs and Kitchen Leadership.
