Responsibilities

• Operate dishwashing machines and hand wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and glassware.
• Ensure items are cleaned, sanitized, and dried before storage.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area and assist kitchen staff.
• Follow health and safety guidelines for kitchen equipment and chemicals.
