Job summary

Sizzler in Idaho Falls, ID is seeking a Dishwasher-Engineer to maintain restaurant equipment, utensils, and facilities in clean and orderly condition. The role involves cleaning, operating the dish machine, restocking, and occasionally assisting in food preparation.

The position may require you to work across departments and participate in special projects as needed, with duties potentially changing to meet operations. A focus on safety, hygiene, and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma/GED or 1-3 Months related experience and/or training or equivalent combinations of education and experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and put away all plates, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Operate and maintain dish machine.
• Take out trash, mop restaurant floors and maintain general restaurant cleanliness inside and out from curb to curb.
• Bus Tables and maintain dining room cleanliness and sanitation.
• Receives and stores all orders properly.
• Assist in food preparation as needed.
• You can and will be assigned to other and/or multiple departments besides your primary job code.
• From time to time you may be directed to work on special projects or assist with other work necessary or important to the operations of the Company.
• Sizzler may alter or change your job duties, reassign or transfer job responsibilities or assign you additional job responsibilities in other positions.
