Job summary

Opry Entertainment in Las Vegas is seeking a dependable Dishwasher to support our fast-paced kitchen in a legendary live music venue. You will operate a dishwasher, hand-wash dishes, utensils and cookware, and help maintain sanitation and organization behind the scenes.

Ideal candidates are team-focused, able to work evenings, weekends and holidays, and committed to following health and safety guidelines. State Food Handler Safety Card is required upon hire; previous industrial dishwasher

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with industrial dishwashing machines preferred.
• Experience with kitchen and restaurant operations preferred.
• Proper sanitation knowledge required.
• Operation of garbage disposal/compact system advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, pots, and pans; maintain high-volume pace.
• Operate cleaning equipment including dishwasher and three-compartment sinks.
• Clean and sanitize ovens, grills, and processing machines.
• Break down dirty bus tubs and dispose of kitchen waste.
• Empty and maintain trash bins and dumpster area.
• Clean and sanitize work surfaces; sweep and mop floors.
• Ensure health and safety regulations; proper utensil storage and rotation.
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks.
• Assist with unloading deliveries and organizing storerooms.
• Follow company service basics and report issues to management.
